This is some examples of my earlier writings when I was younger they were more SFW or So for work. They were very interesting. Indeed, I read a book that my mental health worker gave me who was nice at the time. That being said she still a b*tch to this day!I have been able to retrieve some of these writings that were based on these books. They were more or less meditations that I hope people can use one day whenever they get pissed off. I was going to use them for guided meditations, but I don’t know how to record them or anything for that matter this is the big dipper section here! Or the big meditation from summer to the next spring. That being said is very interesting what happened always always reading a book on Buddhism when I was younger and this came about as well as the book that my mental health worker gave me which was an astronomy book for kids. Something I try to weasel the library out of one day because it was the same exact copy. It was Terrence Dickinson, the famousCanadian astronomy writer which was very interesting indeed that came from Canada. That being said, I enjoyed his books very much as a youngster when he youngster I mean a few years younger than I am now. Because I always look young because of my size and stuff. I enjoy reading about different astronomy books and the different astronomy stuff that goes on as well as I’ve read the suns heartbeat and secrets of the night sky, as well as different magazines on astronomy. I find that still the big dipper is a favourite constellation there has to be in this case. Let’s just say there’s something peaceful and meditative about the big gripper sorry to be a spoiler alert sounding system, but that is the location. Well, I wish I can tell you more about the big dipper other than I got it tattooed on my neck the left side of my neck, which was pretty Good didn’t hurt or a pinch of Sh*t Because I was smaller than most people who end up with neck, tattoos people who end up with neck tattoos are usually usually about 200, and 300 400 pound gorillas who can’t handle a simple tattoo or septum piercing which is kind of sad and they’re usually guys that do that! Here is the big dipper selection! This shows my interest in astronomy, as well as trying to be spiritual there. I’m gonna tell you later…..
I want you to imagine that it’s late summer. At night. The temperature is cool but decent. Your are standing in an open farmer’s field. You see the barn and then you look up top and you see the Big Dipper hanging in the sky. The crickets are making their music it’s calm and peaceful.
It’s Halloween eve. The trick or treaters are having their fun and candy. Image them in the costumes with their candy. Good times. The jackplanterns or out and bright. And amoungst the festivities.... hanging low in the Northern night sky is the Big Dipper. I want you to shift your focus from Halloween to the Dipper in the sky. Feel the pulse of positive energy and the fun atmosphere and how calming this is.
Step out of your house and mind and go out side on a crisp December night. Christmas lights are out to creat my life and colour. A sign that Christmas is on its way. Focus on the Christmas lights then shift your focus to the Big Dipper rising from the bottom that it was spent autumn. The snow is white, street lights are on and everything is peaceful and quiet. Now imagine that you are at peace and step back into the house.
The blossoms are out. They are beautiful. A sign that spring has arrived. Can you sing the air to smell the blossoms natural perfume that is in the air. Keep breathing in the perfume. It’s late evening. The temperature is a little chilly but what the hell. You shift you focus from the blossoms to the the Big Dipper. Look at how high in the sky it is. Just focus on the seven little diamonds. This is a great time to star gaze and stare off into space. Can you feel the calm and the new beginnings.
That is the big dipper selection, and here comes the other selection of the other constellations. Think this might be Orion. I think I may have done two or three different selections of constellations. I don’t know, but let’s see what I’ve written!
Imagine that you are taking chilly spring walk. Do you feel the coolness??!! It’s quite except for the frogs croking. You look up at the south western sky and you see the constellation Orion. I want you to focus on his belt. The three stars. Look at the carefully on this crisp early spring night. Don’t they look like three valuable diamonds? It will come you just have to take a few deep breathes and the diamonds will come to you. As you look at the three stars imagen then coming towards you. That’s how clear it’s outside. Just relax and let the calmness take over.
It’s 5:00 in the morning. The stars of Orion are in the east. It’s still warm out. It’s August. You are stepping out of the house for a few minutes to sniff the fresh morning air and hear the crickets. You look east and you see Orion... the stars are bright and clear in the predawn sky. Take a moment to gather your self and see Betelgeuse. See how red it is. Focus on that redness and let the clearity of the sky wash all over you. Imagen the stars come to you bring you peace. Walk back into the house.
It’s 6:00 in the morning. You are doing some pre-breakfast stargazing. It’s clear and dark. Almost pitch black. You look up and see that Orion is headed south indicating winter is coming. The stars are like faint balls of diamonds. You want to grab them they so close and clear. But no luck no money today. But you imagen holding them in your hands. Do you feel the heaviness of the spherical diamonds. Then you take two in each hand and you swirl them like Chinese Baoding Balls. The swirling is calming. You let the fresh crisp autumn air and stillness consume you. How does that feel.
Ahhhh the winter solstice. Christmas is coming ever so closer. The stress of the shopping is driving you wild so you decided to take an evening winter walk. The walk is brisk but you turn your head up to deflect the wind and notice a stranger formed by stars in the south. Stop and look at the stars. The winter air is making Orion even clearer. They seem close enough.... so you walk towards them but they keep escaping. Don’t get frustrated.... just look and hear the quiteness and see Orion’s stars for what they are, beautiful. You return home since you’re relaxed. When you get in and felt the warmth of the house and the coolness of your cheeks. You feel like you accomplished something greater then Christmas shopping. How do you feel now?? Just think the answer.
Its a nice cold January night. It’s clear but the light pulition is making it hard. You struggle to see Orion’s stars from the south but that won’t deter you. You look up, breath in the cold air, and squint. It’s hard I know but then you can see the stars of Orion. Your in your backyard and you pick the darkest place to see Orion. It’s cold and you don’t want to stargaze but as you look closer and closer. You realize that the three little diamonds in Orion’s Belt were worth the freezing temperatures. Take few deep breathes and feel the calmness of the night and the energy of the city envolpe you. You walk back into the house able to face reality.
That being said, that was the Orion section. Of the meditations. I hope to write a book about these are small pamphlet, at least. They are being sad. I don’t know why I still didn’t know why I did these, but they’reVery interesting that one astronomy book would lead me to write such beautiful meditations. That being said, it was very interesting to go about this!
It’s a cool crisp evening and you decide to do some star gazing but are fed up with the Dipper. I want you to feel the crisp evening air and hear the crickets chirping. You feel yourself calming down. Then you go the southern horizon and look up. Cassiopeia is high in the sky looking down at Pegasus. Study them for a minute. What to see how do you feel??? Look down and return to your home.
Nice summer night in the south east of the horizon. You hear the crickets in your backyard and you just stand there calmly. Feet grounding you. It’s time to do a little stargazing. You see Altair of Aquila, deneb of Cygnus and the lone Vega. You use your imagination and you see that the three stars form a triangle. The Summer Triangle. You look long and hard releasing all the tension and drama. How do you feel??!!
It’s mucky outside so wear your boots. The days are cool but the nights are getting warmer. Time to herold in the spring. There is perfume from the blossoms and flowers. Can you smell them? You look to the south and you see the Dipper uphead and bootes with the star Arcturus pointing to Corvus. And you see the Dipper pointing to regulus in Leo both sites forming a half circle in the night sky. Then you see the constellation Virgo. It seems like there is too much to see. Breath in and relax then look a Virgo and semi circle in the sky. How amazing is it.
Let’s say that the kids have been a horror about Christmas and it stress you out. You could yell, scream and argue with them. But common sense kicks in. You fetch your winter coat and put on boots and hang out an the backyard for a little bit. It’s night. When you get to the back yardage it’s a clear crisp December night and something in the south catches your eye. You turn around to the southern horizon. Be prepared there’s a lot to take in. And it’s all under the ecliptic. You see Gemini with their two stars Pollux and castor then you see auriga with it’s star the capella. Soon you see the Pleiades to the south west and to the south east you see Sirius in Canis Major. The different stars and star clusters pointing in all different directions making an x. You just keep looking. Breath. And walk closers. Can you feel the luminous sphere closer to you. Then go back into the house refreshed. How Dow you feel?
That is basically why I do writing this is the first bunch of writing I ever did since high school. I think I was 28, 29, 30 years old at the time I don’t know but it was very interesting and needed to see where an astronomy book would turn into a writing queue for me. That being said, I am suffering from insomnia because I had the goddamn McDonald’s coffee again that being said, it’s not a fun thing to have it taste like cyanide and it’s gross and it makes you hallucinate other stuff when you go to sleep at night as well as it causes insomnia. So I might just take these italicized words to heart. That being said, I’m hungry and bored, and I wish I could just wake up to start the day. I don’t like waking up in the middle of the night.
